Who we are
Cellzier Pty Ltd (ABN 57 686 240 522) buys used iPhones from customers in store on the Sunshine Coast, QLD and Australia wide by post. We are a licensed second hand dealer (licence 4891701).
What we collect
- Contact details you provide with a quote or sale, such as your name, email, phone number and payment details.
- Device details, including model, storage, condition, serial number and IMEI.
- Identification where the law requires it. As a licensed second hand dealer we must verify and record the identity of people we buy from.
- Anonymous usage statistics, limited to the pages visited on this site. These are stored on our own systems and contain no advertising or tracking cookies and nothing that identifies you.
Why we collect it
- To provide quotes, complete purchases and pay you.
- To meet our obligations under second hand dealer laws.
- To send you your inspection report and video.
- To prevent fraud and the sale of stolen devices.
Your device data
Every device is factory erased when it arrives, before grading or resale. We do not open, view, or copy the personal data on your device. If a device arrives with data still on it, we contact you and erase it.
Who we share information with
We share information only where needed to complete a sale: payment providers to pay you, Australia Post for shipping and police or regulators where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and security
Records are stored securely and kept only as long as the law requires. You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, at any time.
