Online quotes are based on the model, storage and condition you select. Your quote is locked for 14 days from the moment you receive it.
You must be the owner of the device and it must not be reported lost, stolen, or have outstanding finance. As a licensed second hand dealer we verify identity and check devices before purchase.
Every device is erased and inspected on arrival. The inspection is recorded and the report and footage are sent to you. If the device matches its description, we pay the quoted price.
Devices are graded Like New, Excellent, Working or Faulty against the criteria shown in the quote. Fault deductions apply to Working condition quotes, and a working device with multiple minor faults is never offered less than our minimum working rate for that model. Software faults, reception faults and damaged frames are treated as motherboard issues and, depending on the model, are offered at our faulty rate or at a set motherboard rate shown in your quote. We pay $0 for devices that are iCloud, PIN or network locked, liquid damaged, overheating, or that do not power on or show any sign of life.
If the device does not match its description, we send a revised offer explaining what we found. Accept it and we pay the same day. Decline it and we return your device free of charge. If you selected automatic acceptance of the Working price when quoting a Like New or Excellent device and inspection grades it Working with no other faults, that locked price is paid without further approval.
Payment is made within 24 hours of a device passing inspection, by bank transfer or PayPal.
We email a prepaid Express label for posted devices. Devices are your responsibility until lodged with Australia Post and ours from lodgement onward. Return shipping on declined offers is free.
Back up and sign out of iCloud before sending your device. Every device is factory erased on arrival. See our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Nothing in them limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
